“I am very appreciative of the generous support of Jobrow Enterprises for the 2011 Australian V8 Dirt Modified Championship,” Dave Lander said.
“There is great interest already in next year's national title and now that we have secured a naming rights sponsor we can really plan ahead for the title. I want to make the 2011 Australian V8 Dirt Modified Championship one of the showcase events in the long history of Lismore Speedway. I want to also thank Jobrow Enterprises company head Daniel Rowland for his great support not only of the upcoming national title, but also his interest in Lismore Speedway during the 2009/10 season.”
Promoter David Lander continues to set the bar very high with his objectives for the Lismore Showgound speedway venue.
The 2010/11 season will be one of the best in the 40 year history of Lismore Speedway.
In addition to the running of the Australian V8 Dirt Modified Championship, Lander also has secured the Australian Speedcar Championship and the national Modified Production Sedan title.
It is is the first time in the history of Lismore Speedway three national titles have been held in the one season. It is a major coup for Lander and also serves as yet another indication of his determination to provide the best possible speedway entertainment for local patrons.
There's much to like about Lismore Speedway and the 2009/10 season has been one of the best on record.
Major events, state championships and a very busy January high time have highlighted the season.
The 2009/10 season represented David Lander's third in control of Lismore Speedway.
The summer term followed a continuation of the standards met in the first two seasons.
