NSW V8 DIRT MODIFIED CHAMPIONSHIP CONFIRMED FOR APRIL 2

The rescheduled running of the 2022 New South Wales V8 Dirt Modified Championship will be held at Castrol Edge Lismore Speedway on April 2.

This comes in the wake of postponements due to wet weather earlier in the season and recent horrific flooding which has left the city of Lismore devastated.

April represents a big month for the popular V8 Dirt Modifieds with the Lismore Gold Cup also now confirmed for the final meeting of the season on April 23, while the two-night Easter Nationals will be decided a week earlier, (April 16-17).

The Lismore Showground remains without power as the massive clean up continues.

As a result, the upcoming March 19 fixture has been abandoned.

A highlight of that meeting was the Modified Sedans' Northern Rivers Sizzler which will also now require an alternative date.
