A PRE-SEASON practice will be held at Castrol Edge Lismore Speedway on Saturday, October 10.
The twilight session, which will commence at 1PM, represents the countdown to the opening meeting of the 2020-21 season the following Saturday night.
“It's been a long time since competitors have turned a wheel on the track, so it's vital I give them that opportunity before the new season commences. There will be an entry cost of $100 per car, regardless of the pit crew numbers,” promoter David Lander said.
“It is also vital for the sport in these very difficult times with the ongoing COVID-19 virus to get next season up and running.”
The practice afternoon/early evening is open to all categories participating at the venue.
The track work out is expected to conclude at approximate 6pm.
All divisions are encouraged to take advantage of the ample time allowed on the circuit.
The day also will be set aside for car registration and also licencing renewals/purchase prior to the commencement of the new season.
