The Saturday night, February 15 race fixture at Castrol Edge Lismore Speedway has been washed out.
Heavy overnight rain Wednesday evening and the threat of continuing wet weather in the coming couple of days left promoter David Lander with no alternative but to call off the fixture.
It didn't need an early morning track inspection to survey the situation, with not only the racing surface, infield but also outer grounds and pit area saturated.
The February 15 meeting was the Fire Services Appreciation Night and this will now be held on Saturday, April 18. Another victim of the wet weather was the Australian Demolition Derby Championship which will also now be conducted on April 18.
